- Homeowner maintenance items—routine items caulking windows, cleaning gutters, changing filters etc.
- New home construction—will build homes from level the land to completion.
- Commercial build out—complete build out for commercial offices, restaurants or stores.
- Construction Consulting—will help set up, schedule or manage any construction project.
- Construction Forensics: If you are having a problem with water leaking into your home, cracks occuring or just normal issues we will come and investigate the issue. Not only will we be able to let you know you to properly repair the concern, but will be able to diagnos the real problem and eliminate it completely.
- Home inspections: Licensed home inspector (HI00800016). We conduct all types of home inspections from working will buyers, sellers, investors and realtors. We offer normal real estate transaction inpsections, new home building inspections, wood destroying insects inspections, well water sampling, radon testing and water intrusion/mold investigation.
